In other words, Pretty Login Urls allows admins to setup custom URLs for the login and register screens.
Instead of the complicated http://url.com/wp-login.php or http://url.com/wp-register.php links, an admin can setup that users can login on http://url.com/login instead. Or http://url.com/admin, or http://url.com/administrator, or http://url.com/registration. Much easier to remember URLs instead of those clunky, long strings.
By default, activating the plugin activates the default /login and /register URL labels. To change these labels, a special page in the WP backend has been added.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
